There is nothing worse then being stuck; it stifles workflow, its an inspiration killer, its frustrating and ultimately it is a huge waste of time. Sometimes asking for a little help may be all it takes to get you back on the path of creativity. We can offer you all the support you need and we do so in a number of convenient ways:

On Site Support

No matter the problem, for a quick and effective fix there is no better option then have us come out to your studio and take a look. Operating system updates, application installs, hardware installs, wiring, even fixing stuff (additional charges apply), we can cover it all.

The first hour, or part thereof, is charged priced at $60.00 inc GST. Once the hour ticks over then you only pay a per minute rate of $1.00 in GST. For example 90 minutes of time cost $90.00 inc GST and 45 minutes of time cost $60.00 inc GST.

Travel is additional and is charged at the standard rate of $0.62 per K, one way.

Often fixing a problem may take at least a couple of visits. If this is the case you are charged in 15 minute blocks for the second or any other additional visits, plus travel costs.

Payment is due on completion of the Job and full Job details, as well as a GST Invoice, will be provided in the way of an PDF.

Something busted, not quite right, sick? Through our collective we offer full repair services for computers, synthesizers, amplifiers, mixers, loudspeakers and such like. Charges and Job turnaround do vary as they are dependent of the problem but do call us; if we can't fix it, no-one can.
